How does our IT services calculator work?

Our online calculator lets you estimate the monthly cost of all your IT services in just a few clicks. Designed for SMBs in Switzerland, it offers transparent and predictable pricing with no end-of-month surprises. Simply adjust the number of employees, the type of device used and the options you need to get an instant estimate.

Pricing tailored to each user profile

Not every employee has the same IT needs. That is why our plans distinguish four profiles: users with a dedicated computer (desktop or laptop), those who work exclusively on a tablet or smartphone, users of shared devices, and those who have no company device but still need access to the collaboration suite. Each profile includes a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licence, user support, cloud backup and full security (antivirus, antispam, EDR, MFA, Zero Trust).

Preferential rate for small businesses

Companies with fewer than 15 employees automatically benefit from our SMB rate. The cost per user with a dedicated computer drops from 109 CHF to 95 CHF per month, and network management for 1 to 9 workstations is offered at 99 CHF instead of 150 CHF. This preferential rate is automatically applied in the calculator as soon as the total number of employees is below 15.

Network and printer management

In addition to employee packs, we offer complete management of your office network, adapted to the size of your infrastructure: from 1 to 9 workstations, from 10 to 49 workstations, or more than 50 workstations. Printer management is charged at 10 CHF per device per month, covering monitoring, maintenance and support.

Business applications and options

Depending on your needs, you can add complementary services: business telephony (100 CHF/month), a managed Synology NAS (120 CHF/month) or a dedicated application server (180 CHF/month). These options are cumulative and are added to the base plan. The choice between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is included at no extra cost in all employee packs.
